Shipping Policy

At Skylaki, every item is made to order with love — for dog people, by dog people. Little Dog, Big Love.

1. Where We Ship From
We partner with Printify and their network of print facilities across the USA. Your order is printed as close to you as possible to reduce transit time. Orders with multiple items may be fulfilled from different facilities and arrive in separate packages. This is normal.

2. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states.
We ship to residential home addresses and business addresses.
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories.

3. Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
All Skylaki products are made to order. After you place your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to print, quality check, and pack it.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

4. Transit Time: 2-5 Business Days
Once your order is handed to the carrier, estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days within the US.

Total time from order to door: typically 3 to 8 business days.

5. Shipping Cost
We offer FREE standard delivery on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

6. Tracking
Once your order is handed to the carrier, you will receive an email from contact@skylaki.com with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

7. Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume that are outside our control.

8. Address Accuracy, Lost or Damaged Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at contact@skylaki.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage. We will make it right.
